We’re more than a group—we’re a collective. Denton Women Collective is a community built by women, for women, right here in Denton County. We’re here to create friendships, spark collaboration, and remind you that you don’t have to do life (or business) alone.

Think inclusive, supportive, and just the right amount of sassy. We’re serious about community, but we’re not too serious about ourselves. Around here, we celebrate wins big and small, share resources, and open doors for each other. No cliques, no gatekeeping, just women who get it.

MEET THE FOUNDER

Hi, I’m Kelli Kosel—a proud TWU graduate, designer, and Denton local who’s always believed in the power of community. Over the years, I’ve poured my heart into volunteering and giving back, and the Denton Women Collective is my labor of love—another way to support the women who make this city thrive.

When I started this group, I was actually looking for more friendships myself. What began as a simple way to connect has grown into a bold, welcoming space where women can find encouragement, share resources, and build both personal and professional connections. I hope that every woman who joins feels a little less alone and a lot more supported.
